  • Identity and Contact Information: name, address, email address, and phone number, for purchases, communications, and account management.
  • Payment Information: processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • Account Information: login details, class or school association, and activity logs within our portal.
  • Usage Data: class-level analytics including AR/QR scan counts, CPD log completions, resource downloads, and general site interactions.
  • Communications Data: information provided when contacting us, completing surveys, or signing up to newsletters.
  • Cookies and Tracking: anonymous site usage information collected through tools such as Google Analytics. We do not request, collect, or process pupil personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To process and deliver orders and subscriptions.
  • To provide access to the teacher portal, CPD content, AR/QR features, and inspection evidence tools.
  • To maintain user accounts and support services.
  • To send newsletters, updates, and marketing communications if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • To monitor and improve our Services through analytics.
  • To comply with accounting, regulatory, and legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf to enable the Services, including:

  • Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay – payment processing.
  • Google Analytics – usage analytics.
  • Vimeo/CDN or equivalent hosting services – media streaming and secure content delivery.
  • Microsoft/Google – Single Sign-On (SSO) for teacher accounts.

These providers operate under their own security and compliance standards and do not use your data for their own purposes. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely on servers located in the UK.

  • We implement privacy-by-design measures, including SSL encryption, password protection, access logs, and server monitoring.
  • We retain financial and order records for seven (7) years to meet legal and accounting requirements. Other information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Notice.
5. Your Rights

You may, at any time:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion or suspension of your account or information where appropriate under UAE law.
  • Withdraw consent for optional marketing communications.
