Victoria Hopkin is an intercultural strategist and leadership consultant whose work transforms cultural diversity into a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and high-performing teams. With over 20 years of experience across the United Kingdom, Singapore, Shanghai, and the Middle East, she has established a reputation for bridging research on culturally responsive teaching with the lived realities of leadership, producing change that is both human-centred and strategically effective.

Grounded in her PhD in Education and deep expertise in performance psychology, Victoria has supported thousands of educators and leaders in international schools and leading education groups worldwide. She works in class with teachers, coaching and supporting them as they refine their practice towards peak performance. She guides school improvement initiatives through cultural intelligence frameworks and bespoke leadership programmes, and delivers professional development and keynotes that equip leaders with immediate, practical strategies for sustainable impact.

Through her work at The Cambridge Consultancy Group, headquartered in Dubai and operating across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, she consults, trains, and coaches leaders to navigate intercultural complexity with clarity and confidence. Her sessions blend storytelling, research, and humour, creating experiences that are engaging as well as transformative.
